What does pusslet sell?
pusslet sells flower pots, decorative planters, and home gardening products. Our products are suitable for indoor plants, succulents, small flowers, herbs, tabletop greenery, balcony decoration, patio accents, and home styling.

What shipping options are available?
We offer Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping. Standard Shipping is $5.99 for orders from $0.00 to $49.00. Free Shipping is available for orders of $49.00 and above. Expedited Shipping is available for $8.99.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are generally processed after payment has been confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, holidays, and shipping carrier schedules. Once your order has shipped, you may receive shipping confirmation or tracking information when available.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@pusslet.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns for eligible products. Customers must contact us first at service@pusslet.com before sending any item back. Approved returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by us.

What should I do if my flower pot arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at service@pusslet.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product, outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label. Since flower pots and planters may be fragile, photos help us review the issue and provide the most suitable solution.
Will the product look exactly like the pictures?
We try to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, production batches, texture variations, surface finishes, or decorative design details. Some products may include natural-looking variations that are part of the planter’s style.
Are plants included with the flower pot?
Unless specifically stated on the product page, plants, soil, gardening tools, and decorative props shown in photos are for display purposes only and are not included. Please check the product description carefully before purchase.
How do refunds work?
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
