Return Policy
pusslet accepts returns for eligible products. We want customers to feel confident when purchasing flower pots and decorative planters from our store. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at service@pusslet.com so we can review your request and provide return instructions.
To start a return, customers must contact us first and provide the order number, the email address used at checkout, the reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or may not be accepted.
Returned products must be in a clean, unused condition, with original packaging and accessories when applicable. Items that show signs of use, customer-caused damage, missing components, improper packaging, or damage caused during return shipping may not qualify for a full refund.
If the return is due to customer preference, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, selecting an unsuitable size, or no longer needing the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is caused by an error from pusslet, such as receiving the wrong item or a confirmed defective product, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.
Because flower pots and planters may be fragile, returned items must be packaged carefully. We recommend using protective packaging and a trackable shipping method. pusslet is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error from pusslet or required by applicable law.
